1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Derzan’s CryptoWager ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By using our web extension and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Derzan’s CryptoWager provides users with the ability to make wagers on the results of live streamers on Twitch. Users can use the free-to-claim DCW token from the Ethereum blockchain to participate in these wagers. The Service currently collects only the user's Ethereum address as personal information.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Wagering: By participating in wagers using the Service, you acknowledge that you are engaging in a form of entertainment and understand the risks involved. We do not provide any guarantees of winning and urge users to wager responsibly. The tokens are inherently not of value, and we expect you to understand this.

3.2 DCW Token: The DCW token is a free-to-claim token from the Ethereum blockchain. We do not control the value of the token. Any use of the DCW token is subject to the terms and conditions set by the Ethereum blockchain.

4. User Data

4.1 Collection and Usage: We collect and store the Ethereum address of users for the purpose of providing the Service. We may use this information for internal analysis, customer support, and communication regarding the Service.

4.2 Security: We are committed to protecting your data, and we take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the information you provide. However, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Derzan’s CryptoWager or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
